AMD Management Services is an independent company established in Rennes in September 2023 by Bilel Amdouni.
The company supports project owners, design teams, contractors and project departments whenever an operation requires stronger methods, coordination or autonomous operational reinforcement.
Its positioning combines practical site insight with proportionate project-control tools: planning, interface management, stakeholder facilitation, risk monitoring, reporting and support through handover.

Bilel Amdouni is an electrical engineer specialising in systems integration.
Since 2016, he has worked on technical and multi-stakeholder projects in transport, construction, infrastructure and telecommunications.
