Privacy policy
Information about data that may be processed when you contact AMD Management Services or submit an application.
Data controller
The data controller is AMD Management Services, 87 boulevard Louis Volclair, 35200 Rennes, France.
Contact: contact@amd-management-services.com.
Data concerned
When you make an enquiry, AMD Management Services may receive information you choose to provide, including:
- full name, company and role;
- email address and phone number;
- information about the project, its location and programme;
- the content of correspondence and documents voluntarily provided.
For applications, data may also include location, mobility, type of collaboration sought, professional profile, experience, availability, an optional LinkedIn link, introductory message and CV in PDF format.
Purposes and legal bases
Contact data is used to answer your enquiry, understand your requirements, prepare a discussion and, where appropriate, draw up a commercial proposal.
Processing is based on pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject and, depending on the nature of the discussion, AMD Management Services’ legitimate interest in managing its professional relationships.
Application data is used to assess the profile, communicate with the applicant and evaluate suitability for employment, a work-study placement, an internship or a collaborative assignment.
Optional retention of an application in the talent pool for future opportunities is based on the applicant’s explicit consent.
How the forms work
The form on the Contact page prepares a message in your email application.
The message is sent only after you confirm it in that application, and the website does not directly retain the fields entered.
The Join AMD form sends the information and PDF CV to the mailbox designated by AMD Management Services.
The temporary file used to complete this transmission is not intended to be retained in the website’s public storage.
Applications received are then managed in the company’s secure email environment.
Recipients
The information is intended for AMD Management Services and, only where necessary, persons expressly authorised to process the enquiry, commercial proposal or application.
CVs are not publicly accessible, and data is not sold.
Retention periods
Prospect data may be retained for the time required to deal with the enquiry and then for up to three years from collection or the prospect’s last contact, unless a different legal requirement applies or certain information must be retained to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
An application is retained for the time required to assess it and follow up related correspondence.
If the applicant explicitly agrees to join the AMD talent pool, the application may be retained for a maximum of two years from the last contact.
Without this consent, the application is not retained in the talent pool once processing is complete, except for information required to defend legal rights.
No automated decision-making
AMD Management Services does not use fully automated decision-making to select or reject applications submitted through the website.
Your rights
Depending on your circumstances, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to certain processing or request data portability where that right applies.
To exercise your rights, contact contact@amd-management-services.com and state the purpose of your request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies and analytics
The delivered version does not include advertising tools, audience-measurement services or third-party trackers.
Only technical elements required for the website’s local operation are used.
If such tools are added when the website goes live, suitable information and, where required, a consent mechanism must be implemented.
Security
AMD Management Services implements reasonable measures to protect the information received and restrict access to authorised persons.
Applications are limited to a PDF CV no larger than 5 MB.
As no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, do not submit sensitive data that is not necessary to assess your enquiry or application.
